Quote from tutorial:
You could decide on ignoring all usage tracks. In that case you could open the File sets page on the Settings section of the program, and disable the Usage tracks entries.
Does this mean the usage tracks would stay but my computer would be like
"I don't care about them" or
does it mean my computer/Spybot S&D says "Usage Tracks? Get out of here!"
Oh, and where can I find the File sets page? I also couldn't find the Settings section of Spybot S&D.
You need to be in Advanced Mode.
Do the next:
1. Run Spybot-S&D.
2. Click on a "Mode" menu.
3. Select Advanced Mode.
4. You will see a warning. Select Yes.
5. On a down left corner of a Spybot-S&D window you will see next:
+ Settings
+ Tools
+ Info & License
Select Settings
6. Then Select File Sets.
That's it.
Note: Do not play with settings or tools if you don't know what are those things doing !

I try to touch a little on:
Does this mean the usage tracks would stay but my computer would be like
"I don't care about them" or
does it mean my computer/Spybot S&D says "Usage Tracks? Get out of here!"
By default Spybot does not scan for usage tracks so it is like "I don't care about them".
When you go into "File Sets", as described by Tom.K (http://forums.spybot.info/member.php?u=9612), the last two items are "Usage Tracks" and should only be checked if you want to check for them (I personally don't – see Note #1 below). The first of these two items (Usage Tracking) lists IE Cache (temporary internet files), Common Dialogs, Cookies (see Note #2 below) and some Logs. The second item (Tracks.uti) will list various MRUs (Most Recently Used) records.
Note #1: I personally feel that most "Usage tracks" are very useful and rarely clear them. However, I regularly clear IE Cache (temporary internet files) and cookies keeping only specific cookies such as cookies from this forum. To clear IE Cache (temporary internet files) and cookies I use IE Privacy Keeper (http://browsertools.net/IE-Privacy-Keeper/) not Spybot.
Note #2: To ignore selected cookies from being purged in Spybot:
Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Settings > Ignore cookies > check any cookies that you want to keep.

I have fully read both your posts. Thanks for the directions. Unfortunately I was hoping to block the usage tracks, but it's all good.
Thanks guys!
