Zlob.DNSChanger - me, too

This computer has been losing its Internet connection regularly for some time. Running Spybot S&D, we just found zlob.dnschanger and can't get rid of it. I'm guessing that it's been responsible for commandeering our Internet connection.
In any event, I'll paste in the HijackThis log below. While it indicates SP1, I've downloaded all updates short of SP2, which gave me some trouble in the past. It should be SP1a. Anyway, thanks for any help you can offer.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure Run fixit is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads, post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

Shaba, thank you for responding. I was able to get some help at another forum (they recommended the same download) and it has successfully uprooted Zlob. Best wishes, Ben.
