PWS.LDPinchIE - HELP!

I read through a recent thread - 'PWS.LDPinchIE - What does it take to rid this thing?' and tried all of the listed actions. However, this thing still reappears on reboot. Viewpoint Media is not installed on this machine. Here is a HJT log. Any ideas anybody?

Miracle that it is, HJT can not see everything and nothing that looks like malware is appearing in the HJT log.

What program is reporting this item and exactly what is it reporting. Where does this program say this item is located (pathway)?
What symptoms are occuring, any error messages? If so post those "word for word".
Please provide more information. Let's have combofix take a look for starters.

Download ComboFix from Here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Post the information I requested along with the combofix log.
