Help i have tried everything i know to try.
whne i click on a link in ie7 it changes where i am going and i never end up at the website i intended.
i have run spy bot in normal and safe mode, it always finds the zlob, but after it removes it. it is back on the next reboot. It only effects internet explorer, mozilla is unaffected. e trust antivirus came up clean as did norton....

Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
I am not 100% sure since there are no markers in the log, but it sounds like Wareout, follow these directions.
Thanks to LonnyBJones and anyone else who helped with this fix.
Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe
Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

I believe the fixwareout fixed it. ie7 is responding normally now.....
see anything in the logs i need to change?

Hi Tim, I think you are right, good job:bigthumb: If you look at the Fixwareout report you will see the hidden executable it deleted. The Ukrainian thieves have nothing to do but count their ruples and try to keep us from finding their junk.
I see no malware in your HJT log and the Kaspersky scan is also clean. I would say you are good to go. Please clean your System Retsore files first.
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
