Scan Time..

When the database file was about 25,000 the scan would take only 3-5 minutes. Now my scan, okay, the database has more than doubled to 70,000, but the scan time has trebled to 15-20 minutes.

I am wondering what actions are being taken to reduce the scan time. I can imagine in the future the database will exceed 150,000 and the scan will then take literally forever. I can appreciate that it takes longer to scan large databases, but is there any hope for a quicker scan?

Or would it be more suitable to have custom scans in the future?
