Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is a very infected computer. You do indeed have a vundo infection, but it is the backdoor trojans that have compromised your security that concern me.
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Regscan] C:\WINDOWS\System32\regscan.exe

Allows others to access the computer
Steals information
Records keystrokes
Installs itself in the Registry
Exploits system or software vulnerabilities
Used in DOS attacks
A Backdoor is a software program that gives an attacker unauthorized access to a machine and the means for remotely controlling the machine without the user's knowledge. A Backdoor compromises system integrity by making changes to the system that allow it to by used by the attacker for malicious purposes unknown to the user.
One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. Please read these for more information:

Please let us know what you have decided to do in your next post.

I don't use this computer for buying anything. I just use it mainly to chat and watch movies. How do I get rid of these problems?

I would be glad to help you clean the computer, please read and follow the directions carefully.
1) Thanks to andymanchesta and anyone else who helped with the fix.
Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)
Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
Choose your usual account.
Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log
(wait until you finish before posting that report and log)
2) Thanks to sUBs and anyone else who helped with this fix.
Download ComboFix from Here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
Post the Report.txt from SDFix, the log from combofix and a new HJT log.
Thanks

Computer is running like how it is supposed to be, nothing is popping up. Do you see anymore problems on my computer?

The question was, is that information valid for your computer? Is that your IP information. If you are not sure, contact your ISP and ask them.
See this: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_12\ <<< update your Java program, download the newest version and then uninstall all old versions in Add Remove program.
Your HJT log appears to be clean of malware and you should be good to go. I will suggest one additional scan to look for any hidden junk:
Run this online scan using Internet Explorer:
Kaspersky Online Scanner from http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Online Scanner
You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
* The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
* Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
* Now click on Scan Settings
* In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
* Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
* Standard
* Scan Options:
* Scan Archives
* Scan Mail Bases
* Click OK
* Now under select a target to scan:
* Select My Computer
* This will program will start and scan your system.
* The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
* Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
* Now click on the Save as Text button:
* Save the file to your desktop.
Then post it here.

If you are satisfied your computer is back to normal and do not think this scan is necessary, then do this:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

C:\QooBox\Quarantine\ <<< delete that folder completely and any other combofix on your computer
C:\System Volume Information\_restore << System Restore has a few infected file, we will clean that soon.
Understand how this works, if you do not clean all of the infected files above, when you reset System Restore Files, the new restore point will also be infected. If you make sure everything is gone before you set the new restore point, the next Kasperky scan will be clean.
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
