need help with malware please... :(

good day

i tried to clean whatever is in my os but to no avail its still in my system and i was hoping you could help me out.. my prev firewall is compromised and my taskbar, media player and sound seems to be affected with it as well... i tried to do online scan but it would not allow me (i cant even copy paste except with notepad :( ) i was able to download avast anti virus and zone alarm and was able to finally get hijackthis...here is the report of what hijackthis saved:

I can not say exactly how bad this trojan has compromised your security, out of concern for you safety I believe you should have this information.
A Backdoor is a software program that gives an attacker unauthorized access to a machine and the means for remotely controlling the machine without the user's knowledge. A Backdoor compromises system integrity by making changes to the system that allow it to by used by the attacker for malicious purposes unknown to the user.

One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. That is a clean HJT log. Your version of HJT is outdated and running from E:\ and I have no idea if that is a drive or not. HJT must run from a drive, and I prefer C:\ To get the newest version, would you delete that file >>> HiJackThis_v2.exe completely from your computer and download a self-installer from here:
http://hijack1.trend-braintree.com/hjt/eval/HJTInstall.exe Just follow the prmopts and it will install where it should.
