View Full Version : Crash when scanning bookmarks of mozilla firefox
I just installed the new Spybot S & D 1.4. I updated and immunized everything. I started the scan and when it goes to scan Mozilla Firefox it says "user abort". When I go back to check problems, it crashes again. After the third time, it will continue to scan the rest of the computer.
This is getting frustrating!
Please help!
I have the same problem, it scans until it hits the Mozilla bookmarks and than spybot hangs up and just sits ther

What version of Spybot - Search & Destroy are you running (Spybot » Help » About)?
What Mozilla browser (Firefox, SeaMonkey, etc.) and the version of the browser are you running?
mommy1 (http://forums.spybot.info/member.php?u=26753) seem to indicate a problem with "Spybot 1.4" and "Mozilla Firefox" but the problem was a "... user abort ...".
You indicate Spybot and Mozilla and "... hangs up and just sits ther (sic) ..."
