ok heres what we will try:
first please move hjt out of the temp dir. into its own folder:

* First make a new folder, example C:\AntiSpyWare.
* This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong.

* Download and unzip HijackThis, to that new folder.
* Please do NOT run hjt from a zip or temporary folder.

scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.

ok this time we will use hjt again, then boot computer into SAFE MODE.then delete some files----- but first check for updates to norton antivirus.

i would copy whats left below to notepad and save it somewhere so you can get to it to read while in safe mode:

run hjt and select these;

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VolControl] C:\WINDOWS\volumec.exe -i
O20 - Winlogon Notify: -jrdtgjta - C:\WINDOWS\System32\tljrdt.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [JVM0.14] C:\WINDOWS\System32\aewu.exe

ok now reboot computer into safe mode. you reach safe mode by tapping the f8 key during a restart. chose the first option, safe mode.
once at the safe mode desktop see if you can find and delete these:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\aewu.exe
C:\WINDOWS\volumec.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\tljrdt.dl

use explorer to delete just the two .exe files and the .dll in there directory.

also in safe mode do this;

Click Start>Run then type %temp%
Hit OK. Delete all the files you can.

click Start>Run then type %windir%\temp
hit ok. delete all the files you can

Empty your Temp folders. Go to Start > Run and type:cleanmgr. Windows will scan. When done check these 3 and press *ok* to remove:

Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin
--------------------------
reboot computer normally. if you havent yet go out and download these two programs and run them. then rescan and post a new hjt log:

Spybot Search and destroy:

http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

Install the program and launch it.

Go to Start > Programs >Spybot > Search & Destroy and choose Spybot S&D

Close ALL windows except Spybot S&D
Click the button to "Search for Updates" and download and install the Updates.
Next click the button "Check for Problems"
When Spybot is complete, it will be showing "RED" (RED) entries "BLACK" entries and "GREEN" (GREEN) entries in the window
Put a check mark beside the RED (RED) entries ONLY.
Choose "Fix Selected Problems" and allow Spybot to fix the RED (RED) entries.

1. Download Ewido and install
Ewido Security Suite. It is a free trial version of the program:

http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

2. Install ewido security suite
3. Launch ewido, there should be an icon on your desktop double-click it.
4. The program will now go to the main screen

You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.

1. On the left hand side of the main screen click update
2. Then click on Start Update

The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use Ewido manual updates

Once the updates are installed do the following:

1. Click on scanner
2. Click on Complete System Scan and the scan will begin.
3. NOTE: During some scans with ewido it is finding cases of false positives.**
o You will need to step through the process of cleaning files one-by-one.
o If ewido detects a file you KNOW to be legitimate, select none as the action.
o DO NOT select "Perform action on all infections"
o If you are unsure of any entry found select none for now.
4. Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on the bottom of the screen named Save report
5. Click Save report.
6. Save the report .txt file to your desktop.

Now close ewido security suite.
