G'Day and welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

PS. there are other people who use my comp should i make them use the guest Acc?
You need to realize that you have been hacked and by criminals in the Ukraine and they are after one thing, your $$$, and any information they can get to help them take it. My advice to you is to pull the plug on this machine and plug it in only as long as you need to as we troubleshoot until I tell you it is clean. Have a look at your Ukrainian friends:
http://whois.domaintools.com/85.255.115.28

Look at this now: O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 208.67.220.220,208.67.222.222 The hackers are using different IP's to confound us, I will remove that one also. If you know it is valid, skip it in the removal process.

You have spyware tools onboard that will block tools we must use, start with this one:
AVG Anti-Spyware: Deactivate the Resident Shield
- Before proceeding, deactivate the "Resident Shield" as this may prevent changes to the registry.
- To do this, click "Change State" to the right of the Resident Shield option in the main window.
- You will clearly see the status change to Inactive if you have done this correctly.

also turn off Spyware Doctor and Ad-Aware 2007, they should all activate on reboot.

Thanks to LonnyBJones and anyone else who helped with this fix.

1) Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your Desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

(hold that report and log until you finish)

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 208.67.220.220,208.67.222.222

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

4) Follow the directions in this link to run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report to post.
http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165

5) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart your computer and post the report from Fixwareout, the AVG Anti-Spyware scan results and a new HJT log. Please add any comments you think will help.

Cheers

To your comments...I used to say follow the posted order, and then I started numbering them assuming we all know what number comes first??

Your HJT log is clean and Fixwareout did the job. Please delete Fixwareout from your computer. If you are happy with the fact your AVG scans have been clean and the way your computer is running now, then I will be happy also and suggest you now do this:

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/learnmore/tips/mcgill1.mspx

AVG Anti-Spyware is a good program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.

Some good information for you:

Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

haha very funny, yes the only reason i did it i think is because it was in the back of my mind to do (and once i did it:oops: ). its 1 am here so my cognitive activity isnt up-to-par at the moment

thank you also Very much for all of your help (and great promptness) in this matter you are a credit to yourself and the other security experts.

i am running the "Kaspersky online scanner" is that a good idea?

Yeah I am full of it, folks often say that about me:eek: Kaspersky is one of the very best, the only problem is that not free, it removes nothing so what it finds must be removed manually. Your topic will remain open for a couple of days, if you run into questions, post them.

Thanks...Phil

meh, being "full of it" isnt a bad thing, un-confidant people just say that about people that are confident in themselves:bigthumb:

So would it be worth the money for me to buy Kaspersky?

Yo Joel, since I am a volunteer, I do run a small buiness locally, I make it a point to personally suggest only freeware products. I can direct you to information.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=rate+antivirus+programs&btnG=Google+Search

It's a tough call, the guy who goes out and finds a good free antivirus program and works hard to keep it updated and to follow the advice of security experts stands a fair chance of staying malware free.

Now the guy who goes out and spends $100 a year for the very best there is and assumes that is all there is to it will stay infected.

Hope that helps...Phil
