after opening a e.mail from witch said it was from zone alarm i got infected with a trojan.the said trojan was removed alought apperntly it was trojan that normally opened a back door.i thought i had resolved the problem by removing it.

i dont think i did,as i got another trojan that started delting files, then after downloading ca`s anti virius i found a "ads" within ca`s exe file witch i removed.

in any case my comp is running slow and going online seems to be a diaster.

inside the logs you will see "spysweeper" it isnt working properly due to lack off ram.

here are the logs from hijack this v2
please help as this is causing me a lot off problems as i am dissabled and its my only real access to the outside world.

thank you for any freely given time;it is reallly appricated.

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

I see no malware in the HJT log and I see Spysweeper, but it appears to be running to me? This program uses a lot of resources, do you own it.
HJT can not see everything and malware could be hiding, would CA be the progam suggesting this infection and what exactly is CA saying the item is?

You HJT version is out of date but we can resolve that issue later.

inside the logs you will see "spysweeper" it isnt working properly due to lack off ram.Insufficient RAM can cause a lot of opperational issues, how much RAM do you have?
Right click on MyComputer and click on Properties. Ram will be displayed in the bottom right corner, post that information here.

Before we start running tools and scans looking for something that may or may not be there, I would like to look at a diagnostic on this computer, go here:
http://www.pcpitstop.com/
Tutorial: http://www.pcpitstop.com/techexpress/howto1.asp
At the bottom of the tutorial are instructions for posting a link to the report for me to view.

Update your resident anti-virus program and run a complete system scan, post the results.

Recap: post for me the amount of RAM installed, any information I requested, the link to the diagnostic report and the results of the CA scan.

Thanks
