A few weeks ago I had a trojan horse that I consulted this forum to remove. I now again have some sort of adware or trojan or malware or spyware or something, as I keep getting a pop up now and then. I did not delete combo fix, nor HJT or anything else I needed to fix the last round of problems. I downloaded firefox after I got this latest problem as I think it might be more secure than Internet Explorer. A third party advised that a virus protection won't help against spyware or the like listed above. I had installed Norton Antivirus after the last time, but uninstalled it rather quickly because it slowed my computer to the point of not being able to be used. Anyway, here is my HJT log. Thank you for your help... again.

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Let's talk serious for a moment. On 2007-07-10, 18:36 Blade81 cleaned your computer and posted information to help you keep it clean. Did you bother to read the information he, in his concern posted for you? Here is the link:
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=15709 and here are one of the directions he posted, even putting it in red so you would know it was important.
Get Anti Virus Software and keep it updated
Here you are four weeks later posting a log from an infected computer that is running NO antivirus program.

Return to that information he posted and click on the link he provided and install an antivirus program, then run a complete system scan with it.

Post the results of that scan and a new HJT log.

Thanks
