Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Not a log showing in the log, let's do this:

1) Return to HijackThis.exe <<< point your mouse and right click, then choose rename. Call it berlibj.exe or whatever you wish, we may see the infection after a reboot.

2) Thanks to sUBs and anyone else who helped with this fix.

Download ComboFix from Here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Thanks

Good Day...Your wish is my command. New Logs below. BTW, it looks like after the CF reboot that altered the registry the pop-up is gone. However, let's make sure this is not an illusion. :D: TTFN

Thanks for returning your information, combofix did locate and remove one file that looks like it is Vundo and was set on autorun, let's see what the HJT log looks like.

Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2 Scan saved at 9:34:20 AM, on 8/14/2007

C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_05\bin\jusched.exe <<< this is the piece of junk Java scheduler. As you can see it is either not set right or not working. I turned my autoupdates off long ago and check manually along with Windows Updates.

We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
Open Windows Defender, Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

(leave the first one if you set it on purpose)

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.trymedia.com (HKLM)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run Clean Manager
http://spyware-free.us/tutorials/cleanmgr/

I think we should run a good scan, if you do not feel it is necessary, then move past these instructions.

Run this online scan using Internet Explorer:
Kaspersky Online Scanner from http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.

* The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
* Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
* Now click on Scan Settings
* In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
* Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
* Standard
* Scan Options:
* Scan Archives
* Scan Mail Bases
* Click OK
* Now under select a target to scan:
* Select My Computer
* This will program will start and scan your system.
* The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
* Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
* Now click on the Save as Text button:
* Save the file to your desktop.

Then post it here.

If you do not think the scan was needed, then do this:

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

"Houston...we r go!" :bigthumb: Thanks much for the assistance.

Not sure were to provide feedback. If this is the wrong place my apologies.

""Regarding Step Cleaning System Restore files: Link provided is way old 2002. For newer MS users should advise them that following steps in link will launch the MS System Restore Wizard. To get to step 2; they need to click on "System Restore Settings" and under the tab called "System Restore" they will see the check box.""

Thanks again for your time and assistance. You Guys Rock.
