Spybot Status Bar

At the bottom of the Spybot S&D window when I scan, in the status bar, it says "Running bot-check (#####/#####) [malware]), where [malware] is a known malicious program. As the scan progresses, it flashes hundreds of these. Does this mean that I am loaded with malware, or are those just what are in Spybot's database?

This is only the status bar displaying the products Spybot - Search & Destroy is currently searching for. It does not mean that all these items are on your PC.
So...don't worry.
