newest beta spybot and update file from the 15th

When i download the newest definition file like just nhow and go to the immunize page there is nothing new to immunize, when i close Spybot and restart it there are new items to immunize.
First nature is to check once and then close it and you forget to immunize because you think there are none to immunize.
Immunize should refresh when a new definition has been downloaded or spybot should be forced to restart.
Please reply.
