Belnow not detected

Hi,
As a beginner in security side of things, I went from one extreme of almoast no security with only a Windows ICF to Firewall and following tools installed just to see what they could pick up re malware : SpybotS&D,Tauscan,Ewido,TrojanRemover and a2guard.
What is interesting that only Tauscan indicated that the attached dll files are infected with belnow. What is the best way for me to verify if this is true ?

I removed the attachment and sent it to our detections.
