I've read the other thread regarding this matter and I went through it step by step but my condition may be slightly different and I may have not deleted a particular file since I could not find the follwing files with hijackthis:

04 - HKLM\..\RUN: [POHYXYS] C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT FRONTPAGE\POHYXYS22011.EXE

024 - DESKTOP COMPONENT 0: (NO NAME) - C:\PROGRAM FILES\MSN\wuortyq.html

So after following all the other steps with AVG anti spyware and ATF Cleaner I still show the Win32/zquest.e infection.

I just ran a new hijackthis log file and this is what it shows:

Hello F8LZ71 and welcome to the Forums :)

You're infected.

1. Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Thank you for the welcome. I'm excited to see such great help contained in this forum. :)

I ran the ComboFix.exe but during the reboot Spybot and the SBC Online protection came on and I shut them down as quickly as I could. :(

Here is the log file produced by ComboFix.exe:

Good morning :)

This is a work computer and I was not able to read your reply till this morning. The computer ran all day saturday between my last reply and again for a few hours this morning. Should I run a new log file and copy/paste it before follwing your instructions?

The MobilToys.exe is a work based application used for printing receipts, inventory, and vehicle information as I work in a high end car stereo shop.

Ok, this site is experiencing so much traffic I am having a hard time posting and the GMER log file is so large I have to chop it into 3 pieces. Can you please recommend a way to post this long file that works best for you and anyone else viewing this fix? I believe the file is over 52000 chars in length.

Hi :)

Yes we had some connection issues on the site yesterday.

Could you please upload the log to eg rapidshare (http://rapidshare.de/)?

Then just post the download link to me :bigthumb:

I'm having trouble figuring out how to add a file or text to the site you indicated. I created an account and made a folder but the rest is confusing and I am limited on time that I can be on the computer at work. lol

I can try to email myself the Log file then put it on my storage website once I get home, then I can send you a link. :)

I went ahead and followed your instructions when I worked on Monday and they worked. The computer shows up clean and I do not have any of the problems I previously had. I assume that I still need to show the log files so that it may help others reading this thread or in case I missed something and it's just not showing up.
