Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Spybot found DeepDish and it has been cleaned. However I'm having adware(some kind of toolbar) when i use Internet Explorer.Your HJT log is showing nothing, the only toolbar showing in the HJT log is this one:
O3 - Toolbar: MSN - {BDAD1DAD-C946-4A17-ADC1-64B5B4FF55D0} - C:\Program Files\MSN Apps\MSN Toolbar\MSN Toolbar\01.02.5000.1021\en-ca\msntb.dll

Even DeepDish >>> http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=DeepDish&btnG=Google+Search
does not look like malware?? I will need more information about this "toolbar"

1) Please delete >>> C:\downloads\hijackthis\Scan.exe which is an out of date version completely from your computer.

2) Download HJT self-installer from here: http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
Just follow the prompts and it will install where it is supposed to.

3) Post a new HJT log and some information about this "toolbar".

Thanks

The malware was in the form of a search bar. Anytime I go to a website it will display a google search bar on top of the page. Although everything seems fine this morning. After submitting the above log last night, I ran Spybot in SAVE MODE and it found even more stuff like AdRevover, Advertising.com, Casalmedia and many others. I've since cleaned it.

Here is the new Hijackthis log:

Thanks for returning your information and maybe it's not as bad as it looks. Often junk is quarantined and in infected System Restore files. Let me comment on your uninstall list first. I am looking for malware and security issues only.

Uninstall list:

J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 4
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.1_02
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_05
Java Web Start <<< I do not know what this is
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 1
See this: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
These old versions will get you infected. I left the newest version but I would check again and then uninstall all old versions in Add Remove Programs.

To be sure, run a new Kaspersky scan results once your finish and restart the computer. I do not need to see a clean scan, only if there are questions.

The Outlook folder does not have such files in there and the Quarantine folder only had 3 files which I've deleted but I couldn't find any adobe +keygen in there..I found some in the recycle bin though.

I'm running the Kaspersky again to see what else I find.

Thanks

pskelley,

Below is the kasperky scan after cleaning some of the contents in the folders. I say "some" because the Quarantine folder only had about three files in there which I cleaned. I'm not sure if the scan is naming the path correctly or not but I just can't seem to find for example the setup.exe in the outlook folder. I only have a folder named outlook express and that didn't have such files as discribed above. Those program with keygen(along with their zip files) were already in my recycle been and I've cleaned it too.

Here is the new scan log:

Thanks, I think they are cleaned now. First I could not find the vfadskkx.dll in the temp file then I went to Folder Options and checked show hidden files and folders and Unchecked Hide protected operating system files before it displayed that trojan file. I then restored the folder options' settings back

Thanks again
