Can't remove Cmd Services

I used S&D and i cant remove the Cmd Services, you've probably seen this before. i also keep getting a Norton Antivirus 2007 install popping up.
I ran the online Scanner but there was a lot of stuff so i wasn't sure if i should copy and paste it so here is a link of the report.
