HIGHLY INFECTED WITH MALWARE..Please RESPOND

:spider:My PC keeps generating weird popups which prompt me to download up-to-date anti spyware..i am also unable to change my waalpaer..neither i am able to boot in safe mode..i have tried using hijackrhis..spybot..avg antispyware but am not aware how to go about the sequence..please advice as it is coming on my nerves..my system seems to be seriously infected with malware..and i request immediate response for removal..

Welcome to Safer Networking.

Please read Before You Post (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

Delete any previous version of HJT since I don't know if its current or where you have it installed and I prefer to use the newer version by Trendmicro.

Download and install Trendmicros Hijackthis (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe) to your desktop

Doubleclick on the install icon to start the installation, follow all the defaults and it will install in C:\Program Files\Trendmicro\Hijackthis.



Open HJT Scan and Save a Log File, it will open in Notepad
Go to Format and make sure Wordwrap is Unchecked
Go to Edit> Select All.....Edit > Copy and Paste the new log into this thread by using the Post Reply and not start a New Thread.

DO NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Before you post your log , do this.
C:\Program Files\Trendmicro\Hijackthis\Hijackthis.exe <-- Right click on the Hijackthis icon ( looks like a man with a spyglass ) and rename it to Scanner.exe
