hello guys i am new here,i reely need your help

i have downloaded some serials and this hapend to me!

For the past week I have been getting constant pop-ups telling me I have spy-ware and I should download their recommended software, Bestsellerantivirus. I also get pop-ups from savetheinformation.com and security warnings from spybot@MXt. I also get Live Safety Center and Security Troubleshooting Icons on my desktop that look like legitimate security icons. McAfee and the university tech guys have not been able to fix this, please help!

i can't show you my main log because i don't know how to post him,please i am new in all off this

i know the prog ComboFix.exe but its too complicated for me PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE

i don't know what else to do
I have Bit Defender 9 with new updates
