Desperately seeking help! My log here

I would be very greatful if someone could checkout this log and post back some help! So far I have run many spyware removal scans on my computer including spyware sweeper, malware remover, and microsoft anti spyware (all free downloads).

I am still receiving a system tray popup saying that OHPE ver 4.12 is detected on my system.

Fallow the advice in this thread and post the logs mentioned, no need for a before hijackthis log as thats already done.

Before you make the next one be sure to extract it and place it in a folder of its own such as C:\antispyware
