I have Windows XP-Home SP2 with current updates. After I installed Spyot 1.4, I haven't been able to send or receive email with Outlook or Outlook Explress. I think the DNS server won't let them connect. If I turn my firewall off, I can send and receive.
I have read and read, I contacted Comcast, my ISP, we verified everything was set right for the mail. I went into the Firewall and listed my incoming and outgoing mail address in the trusted area, still doesn't work.
I have unchecked the resident for both Spybot and TeaTimer. I don't know if it is in the Imunize - I don't know how to undue Imunize.
Everything worked fine with Spybot SD ver 1.3
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I see there is a Spybot and Symantec thread already, but it is not in English and that is all I know.
