Adding Sound in settings

I would like to add a sound applet to SB to let me know when a Scheduled Scan has been completed.
In Settings/Settings there is an option to provide sound if an item is found or if nothing is found.
I've checked off both of these options but do not receive any sound bytes.
I'm probably missing something simple in this setup.
Could someone point me in the right direction. Thanks

Spybot-S&D does not provide any sounds. You must link those settings to your own (or system) .wav file.

Use the […] button in the Choose Alert Sounds pop-up and browse to a .wav file, click OK and try it.
