2953 Privacy Violations Found!

I keep getting this pop up from the system tray...2953 Privacy Violations Found, followed by one that says to download a scanner to correct the problem. i have installed Windows Defender, Spybot S&D, and Ad-Aware and none have been able to correct the problem. I am connected to the computer using the Remote Assistant, which will explain that in the logs. here is a copy of the HJT log...can anyone help remove this???

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
