Unable to reinstall, poss trojan [Archive]

I need some help please! I had spybot and antivir installed, latest version too. Somehow, I must have gotten a trojan. It has disabled spybot and antivir and a few other programs. I am unable to get into safe mode. I am unable to run some online trojan scanners, it reboots my computer. Any help would be great. I am attaching a hijack report:

I don't know if I can help or not, but you are going to have to read and follow the directions before we can find out, including this one:

Note: In notepad under Format, uncheck "Word Wrap" Produce all HJT logs like this, single spaced.
single-spaced - (of type or print) not having a blank space between lines.

Download a self-installer from here: http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
then follow the prompts, once you have read and followed the directions, post a new HJT log.
