i have been getting this fake system alert pop ups from an icon in my system tray which tells me that my system is under the impact of spywares and need to download antispyware software . i've tried running antivirus and spybot s&d but they didn't help . am posting my kaspersky n HJT log here , plz help me get rid of this pop up .

Hi Spreadlaughs and welcome to the forums

CCleaner
Please download CCleaner from here (http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim) to clean temp files from your computer.

Double click on the ccsetup.exe file to start the installation of the program.
Select your language and click OK, then next.
Read the license agreement and click I Agree.
Click next to use the default install location.
Under Install Options, choose all the default settings
Click Install then finish to complete installation.
Double click the CCleaner shortcut on the desktop to start the program.
On the "Windows" tab, under "Internet Explorer," uncheck "Cookies" if you do not want them deleted. (If deleted, you will likely need to reenter your passwords at all sites where a cookie is used to recognize you when you visit).
If you use either the Firefox or Mozilla browsers, the box to uncheck for "Cookies" is on the Applications tab, under Firefox/Mozilla.
Click on the "Options" icon at the left side of the window, then click on "Advanced."
deselect "Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours."
Caution: It is not recommended that you use the "Issues" feature unless you are very familiar with the registry as it has been known to find legitimate items. Click on Issues and make sure Registry Integrity is UNchecked!
Click on the "Cleaner" icon on the left side of the window, then click Run Cleaner to run the program.
After CCleaner has completed its process, click Exit.

Retrieve the Installed Programs List from CCleaner
Open CCleaner if it's not already running.
In the Left Pane, click Tools
Verify that Uninstall is highlighted in color, or click on it.
In the lower Right, click Save to Text File.
Pull down the arrow at the top of the Save dialog and choose Desktop as the location.
You can leave the filename as install.txt
Click Save

SmitFraud Look
Please download SmitfraudFix (http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe) (by S!Ri)

Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe.
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

**If the tool fails to launch from the Desktop, please move SmitfraudFix.exe directly to the root of the system drive (usually C:), and launch from there.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
