How can I clean the Internet Explorer's restricted sites added by Immunize function?

Uncheck all checkboxes (right-click the list, select Deselect all), then check just this one (Internet Explorer: Domains) and click Undo.

Hope this is what you've been asking for :)
 
thank you very much, I immunized again and then pressed undo and the sites have been removed from IE7 restricted sites.

But I noticed a small bug: about 10 sites remained in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains
