Hi--can anyone please let me know if PAGEFILE.SYS is a virus or worm or genuine system file?my anti virus AntiVir cannot open the file to scan it for viruses--Thanks

Please explain in more detail, for instance why you do not have an internet connection.

Is the computer infected?
