Taskkill id'd as DR.small.n

Hi, y'all!

Been using Spybot long time. Running on XP.
Taskkill.exe is being flagged as spyware
Now i notice Spybot is flagging this file as
DR.small.n
No wonder it disappeared from my pc before (guess i should've looked before telling it to fix!)

I'm pretty sure my SP2 is from the MS CD i received
so -- I'm thinking this is a false positive

Any help appreciated!

thank you for reporting this, we will change the detection rules to avoid this false positive.
The changes will be effective with the update scheduled for next week.
