spy-bot freeze

Hello.
My Spy-Bot freezes at WIN32 I tried installing the most recent version, and still does the same, tried a lot of other methods and still the same, it freezes on WIN32.
If anyone has a working solution please advice me.

Yes I installed the new version and still freezes, the same place all the time. win32.
