Greetings, I have installed this software on 6 machines. No problems on 4 but on 2 of the machines...after installation...I am running a scan. The scan finishes and identifies some items. When I click on the Fix button the software seems to freeze. If I do ctrl alt delete to end the task, the task manager doesn't come up. The machine is locked up. I have to do a hard boot. I bring the computer back up and run another scan and the items are still there. Any help/ideas? Thanks very much
