I need help clearing Not-a-Virus.Hoax.Win32.Renos.jh
Please help me out

It is in my C:\windows\system32\sytems.txt , how in the world do I get rid of this?

I always have pop-ups saying that I have a 'virus'.

Please help, thanks!
