need help with this ><
please tell me what is next

1. used housecall on trend micro to scan, no infections / viruses

2. spybot snd scanned safe mode and detected Zlob.DNSChanger however when fixed and scanned again, the Zlob continues to appear

1. ran fixwareout and rebooted the comp

2. scanned again with spybot

3. the zlob no longer appeared.

any other things i may need to do?
