Help With Infection/Malware

I hope that this is the right place and I do this request correctly. I'm a total beginner. I'm posting the kapersky log and hijack this log. I had a file from a scan on mcafee that said it was spyware and would be hard to remove. I've done these scans and here they are. Can you help me tell what to do next to get rid of the problem? I get a black window that pops up and its running some kind of program n the background. Its only up for a second then it disappears. That's why I started the scans. I'll post the hijack this report first and then the kapersky.

looks like you used hjt and kill box. looks like the backups are in the online scan.

post a list using hjt, like this:

start hjt, click on "open misc tools section"
then click on "open uninstall manager", click the button "save list" save it somewhere so you can find it, then copy/paste the saved list in next reply.
