Problems downloading

I am having issues with my computer and this program was highly suggested. Unfortuantely when I download the .exe file and try to run it, I get a "invalid floating point error" and it doesn't run.

I'm not too computer savvy, sorry, but if anyone has an idea that would be great. Thx.
