Need Help Removing Win32.Murlo.ff Please

I hope I'm doing this right, I don't understand the technical stuff very well.
I was unable to get the Kapersky online scanner to work for me. I hope you can still help me without it.
Win32.Murlo.ff has been plaguing my computer for over a month. I've tried McAfee, and various free virus scans to remove it with no luck. My AntiVir PE Classic has detected and deleted it every day and it's still there.
Spybot was the first program to offer any additional help in deleting it, as well as the first to indicate it's file name. I truly hope you can help me since my business is on this computer and I can't at this time afford a replacement.

I-I'm sure you have a thing against double posting, but.... well, I really need help. I haven't been able to use my computer outside of safe mode w/ networking for weeks.

I have to get rid of this virus... please...

Download SDFix (http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe) and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
Choose your usual account.

Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log

Go HERE (http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm) to run Panda's ActiveScan

* You need to use IE to run this scan
* Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
* A new window will open...click the Check Now button
* Enter your Country
* Enter your State/Province
* Enter your e-mail address and click send
* Select either Home User or Company
* Click the big Scan Now button
* If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
* It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
* When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
* When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report
