When I start then "Scan for Problems" process, I get this message:

"No hay disco " which means there is no disk
"Exception Proccessing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b1bf9c 4 75b1bf9c 75b1bf9c"

It gives me three options: cancel, retry and continue. Which ever I select, the message inmediately returns. I have to press the cancel analysis button first on spybot and then cancel the message. And Spybot can't do the scan.

Can anybody help me with this?? I haven't the faintest idea of what could be going wrong. It use to work fine before until I reformatted the computer for a clean start. For some reason, Windows XP decided to call my hard drive H: instead of C: . I'm not sure if spybot's trying to look for c: instead of H:

Thank you.

The problem is usually cause by having Drive C assigned to a device with removable media. If you have that situation then ether put media in Drive C or reassign the device to another letter.

There are instructions for reassigning the device to another letter here:
"There Is No Disk in the Drive. Please Insert a Disk into Drive \Device\harddisk\Dr1" Error Message When You Start Your Computer
