Wondering if anyone has come across these symptoms and what they mean:

Running IE 7

-- home page reset to res://shdoclc.dll/hardAdmin.htm
-- Google Toolbar is gone
-- When I go to some sites, I get prompted to enable JavaScript (though it was working fine previously).
