Please help me get rid of Malware

First of all, thank you for this forum and your help!!
My symtoms are:
My IE google searches are redirected to all sorts of sites, mostly XXX adult sites.
Web pages, after they load, get additional links all over the place saying XXX:Click here to get more info, where XXX is some word on the page. These links take me to all sorts of sites.
I have dowloaded and istalled Cybot S&D, have purchased SpywareBOT, have installed Kaspersky and have done all of the steps in your "Before you Post" Instructions (Safe mode stuff, run MS Malicious Software Removal Tool, etc.)
My computer is running sluggish.

Did exactly as you said. Even though I had "automatically generate a report ..." checked in Settings, the program did not generate a report. i.e. the button to Save never became active. Neither were there any reports in "Reports". What the scanning window showed at the end of the scan is below: (I am typing this in manually in order not to send you a picture). Please tell me what to do next. THANK YOU!!

Download the HostsXpert 3.8 (http://www.funkytoad.com/download/HostsXpert.zip)- Hosts File Manager.

* Unzip HostsXpert 3.8 - Hosts File Manager to a convenient folder such as C:\HostsXpert
* Click HostsXpert.exe to Run HostsXpert 3.8 - Hosts File Manager from its new home
* Click "Make Hosts Writable?" in the upper right corner (If available).
* Click Restore Microsoft's Hosts file and then click OK.
* Click the X to exit the program.
* Note: If you were using a custom Hosts file you will need to replace any of those entries yourself.

Then post another log from hijackthis.

Download SDFix (http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe) and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
Choose your usual account.

Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log

Rebooted normally
Weird problems (weird links showing up) in IE seem to have disappeared.
Google searches seem to be OK finally.

Reset your restore points, please note that you will need to log into your computer with an account
which has full administrator access. You will know if the account has administrator access because
you will be able to see the System Restore tab. If the tab is missing, you are logged in under a limited account.

1. Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

2. Reboot.

3. Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
