I use a unattended install of SpyBot with the command "SPYBOT.EXE /VERYSILENT /NOREBOOT".
Version 1.5 requires immediately update but usually, at this time, network is not already available and the installation is aborted.
The is a command line switch line "/noupdate" that can be used to solve this issue?
There is a path where I can store the "spybotsd_includes.exe" file and the download not be necessary?

I had the same problem as you do, the way I got around this issue is by using the msi installer. Search around on the forums for the link and when you go to install it, you can use the switch /quiet.
