Ultimate Cleaner

I seem to have gotten the ultimate cleaner virus, directs me to ultimate cleaners to download to remove this fake virus I have or whatever. And i've looked at tons of different sites, and oh course nothing follows along with my virus because of type of virus or whatever? So i was just looking for some help removing this from my computer! :)
