Automated Proxy Removal

We have a number of computers running with the proxy setting enabled. We would like to use a script to automatically remove the proxy settings.

Can anyone direct me to the file, registry key, etc. where we could disable the proxy?

Proxy settings for which application?
Spybot-S&D? Internet Explorer? Something else?

If it's Spybot-S&D, it's a registry value at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Safer Networking Limited\SpybotSnD\ or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Safer Networking Limited\SpybotSnD . I can look up the exact name if you can't find it there (should have "proxy" in its name though). There's also C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Configuration.ini with an entry UseProxy=1 that you need to change to 0.
