My problem is sypbot shuts down during immune and search..within 10sec. There must be something floating around my computer cuz my bookmarks are gone, and there was a MSN program in add/delete. When I tried to delete it (never installed) something like this came up msni@/@install.mar@/........... Then I couldn't access the internet...but now I can get on...got rid of some things

I am not seeing any malware in the version of HJT.
Not much to go on, so I am not sure if I can help. For Spybot S&D problems see this:

If you have malware problems please try to describe what they are, post any error messages "word for word".
Read and follow the directions posted above and at the top of this forum. Post the correct HJT log, version 2.0.2 and the scan results requested in the instructions and I will take I look.
