Some people say virus.w32.small.r is a virus, other say it is malware. If it is malware. How do I remove it? I have seen this on: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?p=123117 but it doesnt seem to work.
This malware/virus puts itself onto flashdrives and then copy's itself onto the next computer you put your flashdrive into. The threat then, as I have figured out puts itself into some unknown system exe file. (Its random) When Windows or some other program use that exe file it pops back up. Kasperky Anti-Virus finds it, seems to remove it, but desnt and the threat just comes back up on your computer.
The only files I know that it puts on the flashdrive is:

info.exe
_U_.exe
autorun.inf

info.exe and _U_.exe is in a hidden recyclebin folder. (It looks like your average recyclebin only that it is on your flashdrive.)
