Heelp, IE is acting up, must be malware....::::HJT LOG::::

Ok, so a couple of days ago i was surfing the web on forums and i clicked on someones hyperlink in the forum and it appears that the link did more harm to my computer than just redirect me to another website...every time i open a new IE, a second IE opens up and tries to open up this site "http://url.adtrgt.com/cpv.jsp?p=112221&ip=69.118.243.130&url=http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php%3Fp=27217%23post27217&context=Malware%20is%20Evil/%5BHJT%20LOG%5D%20-%20Safer%20Networking%20Forums&selectedKeyword=networking%20how&selectedListingId=6737331"" After that site tries to load, i get this installer message and after i cancel it microsoft c++ opens up and tries to debug something..i'm not really sure whats happening here but i would greatly appreciate the help!

Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.

Thanks for returning your information and the feedback, To start with Smitfraudfix, it is finding NO infection, delete that program from your computer.

Spybot S&D: If Spybot locates malware it should remove it, the reason it does not is often the program is not updated and fully immunized. Here are some good tutorials for Spybot S&D.

When I search those in Google I get nothing, please make sure the next time you get to message to write it down word for word exactly as you get it. Once I am sure no malware is left, we will see what we can do about the error.
DO NOT make spelling errors as you did in these.
