I have the Search and Destry Configuration in IE set to Block Silently; however, when I run IE as a regular user (NOT an administrator) it always prompts me with the dialog box.
I am running Vista with Spybot version 1.5.1.15 (I saw something similar with .14).
I am running with UAC on.
When I run IE as an Administrator it recognizes the setting.
Any ideas on how to get Spybot to recgonize the setting and block silently when I am not an administrater?
