Somebody please help me

Welcome to Safer Networking.

Please read Before You Post (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

Before we proceed you need to move HJT to its own folder for backup purposes, easy to fix.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\HijackThis.exe <-- go here and right click on the HJT icon and select CUT, then
Go to your C:\ drive and make a new folder and name it Hijackthis, open the new folder and select PASTE.


Download ComboFix from Here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post the Combofix log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

These infections are like a cancer, most of them leave files and registry entries all over your system, post the logs so we can see what was removed and what was not , also post a new HJT log please.

5) Final Run:
Towards the end of a cleanup please make sure you follow through with any final log requested even if it appears to you that your computer is back to normal operation.
As much as we like our members ;) we would rather not see you back in a few weeks because there was no follow up with the helper.
