Hello

Spybot recently found Virtumonde and Virtumonde.generic on my system, in the side notes in spybot it said these can be hard to remove. I had spybot remove all problems, but wondering if you could help me check if they are really gone? I have no obvious symptoms of an infection.

I followed instructions in before you post, except I cannot run kaspersky online scanner (in ie explorer I get an error on page, and the scanner will not load - status bars etc. do nothing)

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

1) Post a complete HJT log, the header is missing. Notepad > Edit > Select All > Copy and Paste all highlited information.

2) Since you can not run Kaspersky, you have AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 onboard. Update the program and run a complete system scan, delete anything it finds. Save the scan results and post them with the HJT log.

Thanks for returning your information, your HJT log is clean and the scan is picking up nothing but cookies.

If Spybot S&D is still find malware it can't remove, make sure the program is updated completely and immunized and try it again. If you still have issues with it, look here:
