Need help removeing Win32.Murlo.ff.rtk

ok ive tried haveing S&D scan on start up 2 times and each time during the removal process it says it cant remove the file because its in use and recomends doing a scan on start up again so obviously its not working and i have no idea how to remove this manually. here is the log any help would be appreciated. the 1 in red is the only one its haveing issues with im pretty sure... i tell it to ignore bearshare
